🔸 Once the QR Code is sent via email, it cannot be refunded.

🔸 After placing an order for the eSIM plan, you will receive the QR Code within 24 hours (excluding holidays) . Please install and activate it within 30 days after placing the order. Otherwise, it will become invalid.

🔸To join the eSIM plan, you must install it while your phone is connected to the Internet. You can also connect to local Wi-Fi, then scan the eSIM plan into your phone and enable roaming for the plan.

🔸After the device scans the QR Code , it is bound and cannot be changed. It cannot be restored after being deleted.

🔸Please confirm whether your phone supports:

Applicable to iPhone XR and above models. Some mobile phones from China, Hong Kong and Macau do not have eSIM function.
